Under the federal 0.4 mg THC cap
Starting December 11, 2026, US federal law caps hemp products at 0.4 mg total THC per container. Our 30 ml drop formulas stay under that cap, confirmed lot by lot on the COA, and we review labeling and destination-state rules with you.

Frequently asked questions
Do you sell directly to consumers in the US?
No. The Cannesh online store ships only within Mexico. For the United States we work exclusively with businesses: importers, distributors and brands.
What changed in US hemp law?
A federal law passed in November 2025 redefined hemp and set a limit of 0.4 mg total THC per container. Its effective date was moved to December 11, 2026. Our 30 ml drop formulas do not exceed that cap; every lot is confirmed on its certificate of analysis, and we also review destination-state law before exporting.
What documents come with each order?
A certificate of analysis per lot, technical data sheet, commercial invoice and the export documentation we coordinate with the customs broker. Your team tells us any additional documents your market requires.
Can you manufacture under my brand with an English label?
Yes, through our private label program. Your label and marketing must not make health claims and must follow the rules of your market.
